I have been stole of my whole deposit !!! 1500€ was stole instead of being refunded !! I expect an answer to my several mails ! Nobody answer to the phone. The boss made the mistake while trying to refund my credit card and was clearly not really aware how to refund the card and insure me that I will be refund by 3/4 days anyway...our flight was 40 minutes after the car return and obviously I never was refund at all even one month after our trip ! This is unacceptable, I have all proof that the deposit wasn't refund !
