    Absolutely appalling service and communication, particularly by the owner. It took weeks to get an accurate quote, and then once I confirmed and paid (immediately, by the way), I experienced delay after delay after delay which I only ever found out about by constant calls and in-person visits. In the end they weren't able to deliver on the (expensive!) taps I ordered or on the vanity unit. I ended up buying taps I didn't really want just so I could finish my bathroom and actually move into my house. Delays from Nepeli meant I could not move into my property so was essentially rendered homeless with a six year old child. Even once I had agreed to the taps I didn't want, despite promises of these being available within a week, they took over two weeks to arrive and still required me to chase and then collect myself. They then arrived without a spout for the bathtub. They then advised me to cancel my order for the vanity unit I wanted and find one elsewhere as the one I wanted would not arrive until the third week of August at the earliest. I did this and was then phoned almost a week later and aggressively told that I couldn't cancel it as it would arrive after all (NB- It still hasn't arrived). I refused and was told I needed to speak to the manager, but they couldn't tell me if or when the manager would be there (but, insisted I could only speak to the manager). I was then called and asked to email about the vanity unit. I did and received no response, despite chasing daily. I finally went into the store, and managed to catch the manager, who was without a doubt the rudest customer service representative I have ever encountered. She called me, and my father, liars, kept walking away from the conversation, and talking over us and her colleague repeatedly. Eventually she agreed to refund the vanity unit and the difference in price in taps- but I've not yet received the refund. Awful, awful company- avoid.
